After 15 years in the business, I am still as excited to take photos as I was when I was 10 with my first 35mm. I remember getting grounded for tacking my Mother's "fancy" table cloth to wall to use as a backdrop to take photos of the neighborhood kids. I knew that was just the start.
I love capturing people for who they are and who they are with each other, I love catching the moments between the moments.. a quick look, an unexpected laugh, a big squeeze. I look forward to getting to know your family and capturing those moments for you.

I believe that photos are our legacy. When I look at a photo of myself, I'm transported back to that moment and how I was feeling. Little details of that day or time period pop up and remind me of things I had forgot. Photos bring stories to life. I love to look at photos of my grandmother before I even knew her, these photos jog her memory too and give her the chance to tell me stories I would have never heard otherwise. That's why it is so important to exist in photos, parents and grandparents too, not just the kids.
